It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Kirovograd OVA Andrei Raikovich in Telegram .
“The Defense Council of the Kirovograd region has decided to observe the regime of silence during the air raid,” – said the official.
According to him, such a “silence regime” provides for a ban on the use of agricultural machinery, production plants, machines and units.
Ban on fireworks in Ukraine
Recall that back in May, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law that provides for a ban on the use of salutes and fireworks in Ukraine .
At the same time, in Kyiv, the local authorities, in addition to salutes, also banned cars without a silencer.
