Police Searching for Man With Limp After ‘fraudulent Transactions Carried Out’ in Scotland

Police are searching for a man who walks with a limp after a number of fraudulent transactions were carried out in Scotland.

The alleged incidents are said to have happened at various locations across the UK – including the Glasgow and Manchester areas – between September 21 and September 28 this year

Police Scotland have released an image of a man who they say “may be able to assist them” with their enquiries.

The man is described as of Asian appearance, aged between 30 – 40 years old, is between 5 ft 7 and 5 ft 10 in height, of medium build with dark hair. Officers say he “walks with a notable limp”.

Police Constable Martin Keenan said: “We are keen to speak to the man pictured who may have information which could assist with our enquiries. I would encourage him or anyone who may recognise him to please contact us.”

Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2339 of October 2. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
